Serenity's View - Ocean Bay View (Peaceful Entire Place 1BDRM in Quiet Neighborhood)

Stunning View! Perfect Host!

I had the pleasure of living here for the past year and experiencing every season in the beautiful PNW. Charlie did an amazing job maintaining the property and was always accommodating when friends and family came to visit. Despite being a studio basement, the space is surprisingly roomy. I fit two bikes and even set up a small gym with a stationary bike. On my days off, there was always something to do, from taking the ferry to Seattle to skiing in the mountains or enjoying brunch in downtown Gig Harbor. The blackout curtains and sleep mask were perfect for my night-shift schedule. Being partly underground kept the space cool all summer, and the layout is very well designed. The showers were always hot, covered parking was a huge bonus in winter, and Charlie was consistently quiet and respectful. I'll never forget waking up to the beautiful bay view each morning.

Lovely gig harbor spot

I loved staying here during my time in gig harbor! Its a quiet unit with a carport. Its in a very quiet, quaint neighborhood, very safe. You can see the bay from the unit. A lot of natural light (but also blackout shades if you work night shift). The unit had everything I needed during my contract. Charlie is very responsive and kind, he is a great host during my time in gig!

I highly recommend this property for anyone working in gig harbor or Tacoma area, it was a very easy commute right over the bridge from my job in Tacoma and reasonable with the goodtogo pass. This space had everything I needed and was super comfortable and spacious! The deck overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets was a great bonus. Very thoughtful host who is was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. Awesome neighborhood with a very homey feel, lots of nature trails and 5 mins from the cute downtown of gig harbor. I can't say enough great things about this apartment !

Amazing property near St. Anthony's!

This was an amazing stay during my contract at St. Anthony's. Located about 5 minutes from the hospital, with multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops near by. About 10 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor and 20 minutes from Tacoma. This property has everything you would need. A large fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, washer/dryer, and a large comfy bed. It is very quiet during the day with black out curtains and a sound machine, so perfect for anyone working night shift! The neighborhood is beautiful, right on the water with multiple walking trails close by. The landlord is amazing and very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend this property to any travel healthcare worker at St. Anthony's or any of the surrounding hospitals!

Beautiful, peaceful, and private space. Deck space or private little porch for coffee and sunsets. Clean with lovely yard and neighborhood. I feel very safe here! Easy access to hi-way, and to so many places. Parks to walk within 5 min drive. Or just walk the neighborhood with views around every bend. Landlord very accommodating with quick response. He has great knowledge of local area. Highly recommend if you are working on the peninsula or in Tacoma- easy access and reasonable with Good2Go pass.

Amazing stay!

This property has everything you could want or need for lodging on a travel assignment. Private entrance, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and access to a deck where you can watch the sunrise or sunset! The owner is very nice and easy to get in touch with for any reason you might need. It's also very close to St. Anthony's, with easy access to downtown gig harbor, and 20 minutes to Tacoma! This is by far one of my favorite places I've stayed at and I highly recommend this to any traveling healthcare worker.

Great Property Near St. Anthony!

This was an awesome spot to stay during my contract at St. Anthony hospital. Super convenient location to work, right on the water and 10 minutes to downtown gig harbor. The space had everything I needed and more. Full kitchen, super comfy bed, washer/dryer and big bathroom. The deck was an added bonus and I could see the sunset every night. Very thoughtful host who is easy to get in contact with for anything! I would highly recommend this stay for any traveler!
