Great place to stay

I had the pleasure of staying at J and R's place for three months, and I must say they were incredibly accommodating and flexible hosts. Their home is located in a quiet and impeccably clean neighborhood, and the added security of being in a gated residential area made me feel safe, even when going out for late-night walks. My stay here was very enjoyable and I would wholeheartedly recommend booking your stay with them. It's an excellent value for the price, set in a wonderful location, and hosted by genuinely wonderful people.

This property is top-notch safe gated community! The host is the best host I've had and they made me feel home away from home. J and R goes above and beyond very sweet landlords. The location is center on evrything, a quick walk to several local public transportation stops, easy access to the expressway, 20 min drive to the beach. The property feels safe to stay in, doors contain locks, parking spots available if needed. The property was kept clean during my stay, privacy and sleep were respected. Bonus they have indoor gym, if you want to get fit it is Just right there! It was all I needed and more. Much gratitude! Highly recommended. Rating Given:

Love this place!!!

Very safe gated community! Not a shady area, neighbors are nice people. You get your own room and will be sharing a spacious/clean bathroom. I believe the cleaning lady also comes in twice a month? to keep the house tidy and clean. Super close to Harbor UCLA! Around 10 minute drive from the house. The landlords are very friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate your needs to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely go back to J and Rs place if I had another contract nearby!!!! 100% Recommend!

The hosts are friendly and approachable, you can message them anytime if you have needs and concerns. The property is in a gated community, so its safe and it is close to Harbor UCLA, about 5-10mins drive. Its at the corner of busy street, you can hear the noise from the outside but at night, it should be fine. They have a cleaning lady that comes every 3 weeks. Also, let them know ahead of time when you use the laundry so they can make it available for you. Overall, pleasant experience staying with them.
