Home Away from Home

Home away from home! I love this place. I rented the apartment in 2023 and 2024. I'm going back later this year. It is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to be in Swannanoa, Mountain View, deck, easy access to I-40, and affordable. It has all this and more. The hosts are the best people you could ever rent from. They are very responsive and quick to reply to questions, concerns or needs. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Looking forward to getting back!

Amazing 3 Month Stay!

C and W were simply an amazing hosts! We spent 3 months staying in their apartment, and loved every second of it. It was cool in summer, and warm in winter. The location is perfect - you're about a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket, but are tucked away in the forest allowing for you to experience the seasons as they come and go. We had a blast exploring the restaurants in the area - Jimmy's Pizza and Phil's BBQ being standouts. My partner and I both work from home, and found that we had no issues with the Wifi or the working space - we designated the spare room as one office, and I worked from the living room. It is in a very safe neighborhood - I had no qualms about walking around by myself, with the only exception the potential of a black bear, but that's North Carolina in general. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, and what we were missing C was able to lend (e.g. muffin tins, camping stove etc). I truly recommend staying here!

Cozy Apartment

This property is just as described-cozy! Completely furnished with all that one would need to have a wonderful stay. Convenient to Asheville-only 10-15min depending on traffic-it is nestled in the foothills. There is a small town just down the road with a nice store, post office, eateries with very friendly people. Very peaceful setting-quiet and relaxing with lots of wildlife! Sleeping accommodations are comfortable and clean. Plenty of storage for personal items. Bathroom is ideal and well lit. Very nice kitchen area to cook, dinner ware,as well as pots and pans are available-everything you need.and it is well lit with nice windows that were wonderful. Safe, secure, and private. A very nice and large deck area off the kitchen makes one able to relax and has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Owner nearby and available.
