I would not stay here. First off, the place allows dogs and you pay a cleaning fee and pet fee (both non refundable) ahead of time. After moving out, We were charged for excessive pet hair when there wasnt. We pay a cleaning fee and pet fee for the reason of pet hair and cleaning after a pet. My dog does shed, but we cleaned before moving out and there wasnt excessive pet hair anywhere. Next, you are asked to pay a refundable security deposit. Upon moving in, the locks to the front door were broken to the point where you had to move and place the key just right to be able to get into the unit. The first night, we had trouble unlocking the door. We were able to unlock it and blamed it on the unit being old and dealt with the keys being an issue the entire time. We should have said something right then but we didnt feel as if it was too big of a problem to bother the landlord with at that time due to the keys working just not all that great. After we moved out, we have been charged, from our deposit, to fix the already broken lock. Lastly, the unit had mold everywhere. There was mold in the cabinets, drawers, on the bathroom wall. I just dont suggest staying here.
