Peaceful and clean!
I rented here for 8 months. As a night shift worker it's very quiet and peaceful. Renter is very nice, respectful, and accommodating if you need her. She does stay out of your space and minds her business. If you need her she's there. I enjoyed this space so much! It comes with everything you may need. Renter just put a brand new comfy couch too! It's very very clean! I love it here!

Amazing property
This property is an amazing space near the University District. The area is in a safe upscale neighborhood close to the hospitals, public transportation, and parks. The house is very nice and modern. It has plenty of room inside that perfectly fit my needs as a travel nurse. J is a great landlord. I would stay here again.
