The space is beautiful, with all amenities to make it feel like your home immediately. I miss it already and will be back if life allows. I stayed for a month and never needed a thing. Marissa is great! Helpful & kind. Plus.. She returned the deposit promptly! Always a bonus on FF. 5/5 stars. Feel comfortable booking this home.

Bright and Cozy

This brand new (all warranties included) studio is extraordinary. Fresh paint, spotless appliances and a chef's accoutrement' of kitchen implements including blender and food processor, crock pot, cook and bakeware. Even a tea kettle and of course a mega coffee station. 72 Sq Ft of windows provides almost beach like sunlight. A very private yard suitable for volleyball or a great picnic. Cool enough in summer for an afternoon nap on the magnificent mattress. Wood stove like heat even on winter's worst days. Comfortable modern decor and amazingly generous storage made my 6-month adventure a pleasure. I can honestly say I have never encountered a more personable landlady than Marissa. Not only did she have my comfort and convenience in mind, she is incredibly available and on top of any concerns you may have. I give her 6 stars.
