Quiet and Cozy

The owner was a joy and extremely easy to work with. My responses were quickly replied too, and all requested information was given. I had scheduled a 30 day stay and as someone that has traveled a lot in the last year, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I immediately felt in the house and in the neighborhood. The kitchen is well appointed, as well as the bathroom. Although I only used one of the two bedrooms the one in the back was whisper quiet and I haven't slept that deeply in a long time. The really nice part for me was the full-sized washer and dryer in the basement. To be able to do laundry while traveling is a bonus. I was in the area to do some hiking, and I found that this location was a great place to start off. It is very close to multiple trail heads and after a long day of hiking there are a number of close by places to have a meal. I would 100 percent recommend a stay here.

Kind and responsive owner, big yard, great neighbors

The owner was very down to earth, respectful, and responsive. We brought up that there may be water seeping through a crack in the basement, and she got on it right away instead of brushing away a potential future problem. She was very respectful of our space - letting us know in advance if she needed to come by. The yard was great for our kids to be safe in. The shed allowed for bicycle storage. The trains were a little loud, but you get used to it. Washer and dryer were great. Location is quiet and safe. Would stay in that property - or another property of hers if needed. Hands down.
