Absolute best!

This apartment made for a wonderful temporary home. The key to the great experience was the landlord, Winnie, who is truly a delight of a person. She was consistently responsive and kind, making my stay as efficient and stress-free as possible. The apartment itself is bright, clean, and features everything needed for a comfortable stay: a full kitchen with utensils, a spacious living room, a clean bathroom, and full access to a fantastic washer and dryer. The separate entrance and backyard provided excellent privacy. As a bonus, parking was never an issue! I could park right in front of the house almost every day. This is a 10/10 stay, largely thanks to Winnie's incredible hospitality!

Great Renting Experience from Winnie

I had a great experience renting from Winnie. She was incredibly respectful and accommodating. Moving in/out, payment, and communication was all very easy, the unit was nice and clean when I arrived and she was always readily available to address any concerns of mine or even just to chat. Whether it was lending me space in her shed for a project, upgrading the kitchen with a better stove, or hosting a dinner and offering me food, Winnie was always very kind to me. Parking was easy, usually there is a spot right in front of the house, if not on the same street or within view of the house and I felt safe with my out of state license plates. Great next door neighbors as well. Definitely recommend renting from Winnie she was amazing! -Lucas
