The back and front yards are fenced and there is a large covered patio. Blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. Landlord lives in neighborhood and is a nurse at Vidant.

Pet friendly fenced in back and front yards. Great tree lined neighborhood walking distance to Minges coliseum and Peppermint Park. In the back yard you have a wonderful view of the neighbor's chickens and exotic bird aviary but it is still quite private. The railroad is adjacent with the back yard and comes 3 times/day.

A Wonderful Home with an Exceptional Landlord
I rented from Karen for two+ years (Nov 2022-Jan 2024) while working long hospital shifts and taking call in Greenville. The home was beautifully renovated, thoughtfully furnished, exceptionally clean, and consistently well maintained. Karen and her family are wonderful neighbors and landlords. They genuinely care for their properties and, even more importantly, for the people who live in them. Karen was always warm, responsive, and attentive, which gave me tremendous peace of mind during demanding stretches at the hospital. Over those two years, Karen became a true friend. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a comfortable home and such lovely people next door. I recommend this property wholeheartedly.
