Awesome SW Austin property

This place is well equipped and was perfect for our extended stay. Very clean, bright, and the little deck and yard was perfect for relaxing. It’s very conveniently located with numerous stores in reference restaurants within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

Wonderful find in Cherry Creek. The location is convenient to everything. Short drive to banks, dry cleaners, Costco, HEB, Starbucks, Central Market, Barton Creek, St. David's S, food trucks, and multiple restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors were friendly, and easy to walk in. The house has a fun vibe, very clean and well maintained. Traci provided everything from extra blankets and towels to laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are new and work great. The booking process went smoothly. Traci was both professional and welcoming. I look forward to staying here again.

Great stay!

This is the first time I have used Furnished Finder, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, Traci was an excellent host, and the property was exactly as pictured and described. She was very communicative and checked in from time to time. She truly does care for the property and her guests. I highly recommend this property and host!

Wonderful Stay

Property is very well maintained and comfortable. The place is well stocked, clean, and has a great layout. I worked remote from the location and had enough space to not feel caged. The neighborhood is pleasant for walks/runs and there's a trail area within walking distance to get some nature time. You're in the suburbs, but it's situated in a spot with multiple route options to help navigate traffic and a large variety of commercial stores are available within a 10 minute drive. The landlord communicates well and is especially fair and helpful in their interactions. This was my 26th short term rental in 36 months and I happened to have two early blunders uncommon in my self management. They were flexible and patient with my challenges. Life pro tip: When your bank accounts change fix your money transfer apps BEFORE you try to send money for a new place to live. Thanks for having me!

You wont regret staying here

t has been such an incredible host and is very quick to respond, this unit is in a quiet and nice neighborhood with grocery stores about 3-4 min away,I have enjoyed my stay here and would not hesistate to stay here again. I stayed in this unit for a travel nursing assignment and this has been my home away from home and i see the love and care they put into this property,stay here!
