Lovely Setting

C is a wonderful landlord. The place was clean and quiet. The setting was wonderful. The landscaping is beautiful. The pictures really don't do the place justice. I would definitely rent from her again.

Mice infestation

When I first got to this place I noticed the mouse droppings in the pots and pans and on the furniture. Then I heard the mice at night under the bed. I told my host about it and her brother came over to drop mice traps off. At night they would go off and I would have to deal with getting rid of the mice. My host was never home. 3 mice I caught. The place was cold also. I told her about that and she basically told me to suck it up. The pictures are a bit deceiving. The outside pictures you see posted you have to walk through the green houses to get to that part which is far in the back of the property. If you are going to throw out your garbage you have to walk all the way back of the house past the green house and over a wall. Next to get into the place you have to go through the garage which I was told you can't lock the door when you leave because there is no key. So watch out for your valuables. My deposit was not given back because I left early.
