An absolute gem in a great neighborhood. Safe and easy access to pizza and coffee shops and breweries. The space is filled with light and a true joy to wake up to each day. So many windows that look out to the beautiful yard alongside the most comfortable bed Ive stayed in over my last year of traveling. Erika is an outstanding host. The space is immaculate and the kitchen is furnished well with nice cookware. The steam shower is a great way to wind down after a long day. I have stayed in many different furnished finder and similar properties, this is the best one hands down. Book it, youll love it.

Incredible Stay in Portland

I cannot even put into words how wonderful Erika's ADU is. I spent the month in absolute bliss. All the windows provided such nice natural light during the Portland winter, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on, and starting the day with a steam in her steam shower provided health and skin benefits. Loved the location and how easy it was to pop on the i5 for work. All in all, I wish I could live there permanently. Thanks Erika, 11/10.

Amazing stay

My partner and I spent 6 months in the Woodlawn loft and we loved every second of it. The home is beautifully designed and spacious feeling with a surprising amount of storage located under the stairs. The furnishings are comfortable and the mattress was a dream to sleep on. There is a steam shower that is delightful after a long day. Tons of natural light (20+ windows!) and beautiful garden views. There is also a nice little table and chairs in the backyard for guest use. Dekum triangle is a few blocks away and has fantastic food and a brewery, Alberta street isn't too far either. Ample amounts of parking in a safe neighborhood. E is a wonderful Landlord that was pleasant to chat with and always available to answer any questions we had. I can't recommend this loft enough.
