Cozy flat in Smryna , GA

Great rental property!!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is perfect... close to restaurants, shopping centers, and schools! The home is very spacious and truly met my expectations! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The landlord is very nice, outgoing, and friendly. She is what you're seeking in a professional and personable landlord. Thank you, Ashley, for being a wonderful host to us!

Wonderful stay

I am a travel nurse. I travel with my husband and small dog. I worked at Emory Midtown and chose to stay in Smyrna to be close to family in the area. A was a wonderful host. Very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Her home was very comfortable and clean and stocked with everything we needed. Has a small fenced in yard which was perfect for our small dog. The home is so so close to 3 grocery stores and some great restaurants for takeout or dining out. We're not city people so it was nice to be in this location on days off because it's also close to some cool hiking trails. Also, working in Midtown Atlanta, I took the backroad instead of highway to avoid traffic and it never took me more than 25 min! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to work in the area.

Loved this place!

I absolutely loved staying here! The owners are nice, the duplex is spacious and made us feel at home, and the location is right near 285 so it is easy access to get around. Plenty of stores in the area, too--grocery and otherwise.

Top Notch!

OMG! I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay! I'm a TravelRN. Had everything I needed. A safe and quiet environment, which was close enough to everything. A clean home. Full kitchen. Private bedroom and private bath. Additionally, landscaping was done weekly so that the outdoors was able to be enjoyed when time allowed. Shared the home with another TravelRN. There was more than enough space. Our hostess A*M* was very responsive and gracious. She made certain that all the comforts of home were addressed. I can't thank her enough because knowing I was heading back to a quiet comfortable home after long, grueling days, made it the best part of my contract. If I'm ever back in the area, I will be certain to reach out to this hostess again. Thank you A*M* On a side note, nature has a way of making things outside of our control. So please note that if it looks like poison ivy.....it IS poison ivy.

So grateful for this place!

I must start off by saying, pictures do not do this place justice. I was blown away when I saw it in person. Very cute, cozy and CLEAN. The street is very quiet. I worked night shift and never had an issue sleeping during the day. I worked at Northside Atlanta hospital and the drive was about 24 min without traffic. I stayed with a roommate and the layout was perfect. The property is located near grocery stores and restaurants so that was convenient. The property manager, A was the best. She went above and beyond making sure we had a pleasant stay. Her personality was warm, she was prompt, and easy to talk to. If I ever come back to work in Atlanta I am definitely booking this place again. 10/10 recommend!!

We stayed here while waiting to move into a new house, and it served as a lovely oasis during a difficult transitory period. The home is very comfortable, very safe, and close to anything you could need. The rooms are large, the owners are kind and accommodating, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
