Avoid if you can

Staying here is not worth the hassle. The location is great, but the shower is the worst shower Ive ever used. They initially had it limited to lukewarm which was miserable so I asked that their contractor come fix it but then it just alternated between scalding and freezing. The heat in the unit doesnt work, which is illegal. The space heater provided was okay but not ideal. The kitchen is poorly equipped with rusty knives and scratched, cheap pots. I ended up buying a few things to make the kitchen usable and left behind my pan for future tenants because the others are so bad. Worst of all, the owner tried to keep my $500 deposit by claiming I caused water damage under the kitchen sink. Future tenants, please know your rights if youre going to live here!! Take pictures of everything. Owner tried to claim there was water damage to the floor and cabinets and then once I threatened legal action said that everything was actually fine and there was no damage. WATCH OUT!!

Downtown Napa Triplex

A very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The apartment has plenty of storage. L is a great host and always available when you need her. I had a great stay!

Great location!

I stayed here for my most recent assignment in Napa. Its a perfect size for 1-2 people and has everything you need. Reasonable drive to wineries, close to gyms and a grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Napa. The owners responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had. I would stay here again.

Super Cute & Super Safe!

Perfect space for 1 person in a great neighborhood with plenty of [street] parking. The unit has all of the amenities that you need and is within walking distance to downtown. The owners are very easy to get a hold of, and were very responsive with any issues that arose. Other than not having a washer/dryer in the unit (I hate going to the laundromat), everything was great. I definitely recommend the space!
