BEWARE

Owner misrepresented property and refused to offer compensation to make it right or allow cancellation. I booked the property months in advance but she waited until 2 weeks before date of arrival before presenting a lease. It was the most unprofessional, absurd lease I have ever seen in 35 years. It had no dates or rental amount and vague clauses about how she could charge extra for anything she deemed excessive. She also added a "channel fee." When questioned about it she replied with instructions on how a smart tv works... I asked again, she changed her answer -it was a booking fee. I used furnished finder to directly book with the property owner but was forced to use another site.The dishes, silverware and cooking utensils were found with food residue and grease. She claimed she didn't receive my emails despite them being a response to her's and once she claimed to only receive half of my email. She is incompetent, unprofessional, and takes no responsibility for her errors.
