Landlord is Terrible

I paid a high rent for a disappointing experience. The landlord was difficult to deal with and took weeks to fix a broken television. Despite leaving the unit spotless, she withheld $150 from my deposit for a weather-related repair to an outside door handle. After properly notifying her of my move-out date and paying half a months rent, she falsely accused me of overstaying and sent extremely rude messages. I would not recommend renting this property!!

I have stayed at Marshside over two months and would highly recommend Wendys condominium to anyone looking to stay at least 4 weeks in Garden City Beach. Its a very special place! You simply feel like youre on vacation while youre inside Wendys spotless condo. With a gorgeous view of the marsh, you can enjoy from the living room or step out to the Tiki Bar screened in porch. The porch itself is almost a place to live by itself! I have enjoyed watching Brown Pelicans, Roseate Spoonbills , from the porch . Wendy has a beautiful clean fully stocked kitchen. Wendy is very thoughtful and has beach chairs, beach bags, clean colorful towels.everything you might need for a beach trip. It is very quiet and peaceful here at Marshside. Aside, from Wendys lovely condo There is also a grocery store in walking distance. When I leave early each morning as soon as I open the front door I have a view of the ocean and some of the most spectacular sunrises.
