Welcome to our Private Guest Home in the Historic Encanto Neighborhood. The casita sits detached behind our home in fenced back yard. The guest house features a newly remolded kitchen, bathroom & washer / dryer for use during your stay.

The sofa folds out into another comfortable queen sized bed. The casita can sleep up to four people comfortably.

The sofa bed will comfortably sleep two kids.

The television and sofa are great places to unwind at the end of the day. Stream all your Netflix, Prime, Apple TV and more.

The dinning table is a great place to enjoy coffee, dinner or get some work done.

The casita has a full kitchen with a new refrigerator, gas cooktop, microwave oven, pots, pans, utensils, everything you'd need for an extended stay.

The stove is gas and available for your cooking .

The electric kettle and French press will help wake you with delicious morning coffee. The electric kettle will boil water in roughly 3 to 5 minutes.

The stack washer and dryer works great. We provide detergent, fabric softener and more. There's plenty of closet space for a long stay.

The bathroom gets great natural light and the tile shower large and clean.

There's a workspace for your lap top and the WI-FI is fast enough for streaming, gaming, working simultaneously.

The WI-FI is fast... Very Fast.

Parking is on the street in front of our home. Both our street and home are well lit at night. Our neighborhood is wonderful, full of nice people walking dogs or going for a run.

Our guest house / casita is inside our backyard fence.

Your entrance is private. Just open the double gate and use the key code to access the casita.

The patio and backyard are yours to enjoy.

There's a small privacy fence and big shade sail / awning for extra shade in the summer.

Our neighborhood has a large Love Bird population. You'll likely see the little green, blue and peach parrots in our backyard at the feeder.

We're located just a short distance from downtown Phoenix. You can use light rail, bike, Uber or Waymo to get to the Diamondbacks, Suns, concerts and events in a few minutes.

The Arizona State University downtown campus is nearby.

The Encanto Golf Course is across the street if you'd like to play.

Encanto Park is fantastic for: golf, pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, paddle boats, ducks and small amusement park for little kids.

There's great nightlife downtown with bars, restaurants, The Footprints Center, The Van Buren, Arizona Financial Arena and many more.

Both The Heard and Phoenix Art Museums are minutes away ( pro-tip: The Phoenix Art Museum is free on Wednesday nights ).

A great place to stay in Phoenix

This place has everything I was looking for and more! D and L are amazing hosts who can help you out with anything you need. The place is super comfortable with lovely high ceilings and all the amenities. Friendly neighborhood with a great park in walking distance. If you're looking for things to do and places to eat, just ask as these hosts are supremely knowledgeable in all things Phoenix. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Phoenix
