Horrible stay

I have to leave due to family emergency and was treated so bad. I signed nothing and just lost my brother last week and have another terminal ill and I was told nurses stay through worse things. I had no privacy and now after many threatening messages from Rhonda about calling the hospital I am employed etc. I don't feel safe going to collect my things. I have contacted Bloomington PD for assistance. I have never had such a horrible experience with any landlord. I also paid for a full month rent and cleaning fees and ever gave her 100.00 for cleaning fee when I exit the property.

Great Location, Great host

My son and I sold our home and needed fully furnished housing in a quick time frame. When I saw the listing, I was immediately hooked. Upon meeting Rhonda, I was completely sold. One would be hard-pressed to find individuals who are generally good people down to their core. My son immediately fell in love with her and every morning on the way to school would run ahead wanting to talk to Rhonda. We ended up staying nine months with Rhonda, and if life events hadnt changed, we wouldve stayed much, much longer. The location is fantastic, and access to Highway 69 is a bonus. Rhondas place is located in the middle of a very nice residential neighborhood, and one can get anywhere in Bloomington within a short 4to 10-minute drive. We needed a safe area and a lovely, fully furnished apartment. I didnt have to worry about privacy during my entire stay with Rhonda.

Great stay

I loved the neighborhood. I felt safe in this location. I was comfortable while in one of Ronny's rooms. She provides everything needed. You do have to share the bathroom with others. This was the first time sharing a bathroom for me. It takes a little getting used to, but cleaning supplies are provided. The bed was so very comfortable and the closet provided ample space for my things. Ronny is a very kind lady.

Travel Nurse Friendly

Rhonda was so kind and professional. She gave me my privacy and was an excellent host. She is responsive and genuinely cares about the needs of her tenants. 5 Stars!!! She made being so far away from home the easiest possible experience. I needed to be close to IU hospital and this was the perfect place. I loved my Room and had all the essentials there that I needed. I would recommend Rhonda and this home 10x over, if I ever return to Indy to do another assignment this place is the place! Great location and close to shopping, and restaurants. I loved my Room and had all the essentials there that I needed. Will definitely stay again if visiting Bloomington. I needed to be close to IU hospital and this was perfect place.

Great Host

Rhonda was a great host! She was so sweet, thoughtful and accommodating. She made my stay so smooth. She treated me and my pooch very well. The living space was very spacious with plenty of storage. I would 10/10 recommend

Perfect Space

I have stayed at this property for each of my assignments in Bloomington. The space is large and has everything you need ( full kitchen, washer/dryer) Neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. Any issues or questions were always addressed quickly and efficiently. If i return to Bloomington this is always my first choice.

Safe, spacious and comfortable stay!

The stay at R's place was so great. This space is the basement of her house, but the house was built on a hill so you still have full windows. The bedroom has no windows making it great if you work night shift and need to sleep during the day. The house has lots of space and the kitchen and bathroom is supplied with everything you could need. You have a separate entrance and an outdoor space. The neighborhood is very safe with great sidewalks to walk. The location is close to a new park that is very popular with fun events. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place!

I stayed here for my Monroe Hospital contract and could not have been more pleased with my experience! The house was always very clean. R was more then welcoming! She made me feel safe and right at home. She has a heart of gold. The house is in such a nice, safe neighborhood. Youre no more than 5 minutes away from a gym, a grocery store, and the hospital. So thankful for R opening her home to me and allowing me to stay with her while I was on contract. She will be missed
