Great host and neighborhood

Chinedu was a kind person and great host. Space upstairs is as advertised. It was nice to have the separate room. Space was quiet and clean. I appreciated access to the fitness center in the community too. Overall great stay.

The accomodation is in a very well appointed and well kept home. The rental is for the entire 2nd floor and is exceptional. The host is top shelf and supre responsive. I can't say enough about his accomodation. Perfect 5 star.

Great Experience

Very nice and quiet community only a short drive from downtown Raleigh. Beautiful home with cleaning services once a month. Private area upstairs (bedroom, living space with couch and TV, guest room). Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I decided to extend my work contract through a full year because I was comfortable staying here and there was always something to do in the area. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Highly recommend! Thank you again for hosting me! PS: Really appreciated the great selection of books to keep me busy

Quiet and Clean

Quiet and clean This is a quiet and pristine spot to stay. The owner is very pleasant. The apartment is upstairs with a bathroom and nice living area. It also has a foyer and a bright window facing outside. The kitchen and laundry room are downstairs. The the owners quarters is downstairs. You rarely see the owner, he is a busy person. The apartment is professionally cleaned after every few weeks. This spot is ideal for a healthcare worker who likes to recharge after a busy shift. The area is quiet, yet close to gas stations, some eating places and grocery stores. The area has trails for the exercise enthusiasts. Overall, its an ideal spot for a traveler. Check the it out!

Beautiful, clean home. Coded entry through garage side door. Cleaning service comes once a month. Host is very kind and professional. Can share the kitchen with fridge and pantry space. Living area upstairs with couch and tv. Close to a lot of restaurants. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Very Nice House and Neighborhood

Very Nice house in a good neighborhood. Close to Walmart and other stores. Host is very nice and communicates well. I extended my contract in part because it was a nice place!
