Fabulous place to stay!

We were moving to the area and stayed in this lovely property initially for 3 months and then the landlord worked with us when we needed more time. The home is in a great location: we could walk to our post box at UPS, gym and Fred Meyer were 5 min by car and access to major routes was easy. The property is stocked with plenty of supplies and well kept. We also enjoyed the flowers in the backyard and often had vases of them in the home. R is very responsive if there are any issues or questions and is very considerate when he needs to come to the house for anything. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and places to walk as well. We highly recommend this location and landlord!

Perfect Temp Home

My family relocated from out of state and was looking for a temporary place for a couple of months until we could purchase a house. Plans changed and ended up staying a lot longer than anticipated but R was very flexible and worked with us. He was super responsive and always came by to help fix things if anything needed attending to. The house had everything we needed and was spacious, although we didn't use the entire house since we kept thinking we were only there temporarily. Would definitely recommend! very nice home

My family and I stayed at this home for 4 months. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. The owner is nice and considerate and has taken great care of the property. The grounds are very pleasant and the neighbors are great. This home was just what we needed as we transitioned to more permanent housing in the area.
