Great Stay!

I rented from James for just under two years and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was consistently responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout my entire stay. The house was well set up and fostered a positive dynamic among tenants. James also went above and beyond to help me get acquainted with Seattle. Overall, a fantastic landlord who genuinely cares about his tenants’ experience.

Wounderful place to stay

I honestly dont know where to startthis stay was fantastic! James was an incredible host, always thoughtful and considerate of my privacy while making me feel welcome. The house is spacious with a cozy living area where friends could come over without feeling cramped. I stayed in the basement level with private bathroom, living room and the kitchen, and it was everything I could have hoped for: comfortable, roomy, and inviting. James even went the extra mile by adding a few extra touches around the house that made my stay feel more like home. Theres a driveway that can fit two smaller cars, and street parking was no problem, even though the street itself is a little narrow. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and perfect for those quiet, relaxing evenings. James provides all the essentialshand soap, trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.which was such a pleasant surprise compared to my previous experiences. Most places only supply the basics, if that! James was also extremely easy to reach and quick to respond if I needed anything. I cant thank James enough for making this a comfortable, welcoming experience.

Wonderful Stay!

I dont even know where to begin! James is such a wonderful host. Very kind and respectful keeping in mind your privacy. The house is spacious, plenty of room to lounge in the living room and have friends over. I stayed in the bigger room with private bathroom upstairs, again very spacious and beautiful space. My cat also loved the space, James was very thoughtful and provided the house with more scratching posts. Very kind of him, my cat absolutely loved it. Downstairs is the laundry room, was nice and clean and youre able to do laundry at your leisure. I had wonderful roommates during my stay, I definitely lucked out! There is a driveway with space to park 2 small cars or you can park in the street. I will say the street is pretty narrow, but the neighborhood is tremendous! I never had an issue parking in the street or worrying my car would get hit with the narrow street. James provides toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. I just mention it because after traveling as a nurse for a while now, you dont see that very often! Or if you do its just starter supplies! I cant express how great this house and stay was!

Home away from home

J was the best host. He offers a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living space. Although he lives in an apartment in the basement, you wont see him unless you want to interact with him. If there is an issue he resolves it quickly. He is always a text away. The area is safe and close to public transportation. He had put up a Christmas tree and decorations right before I left. It made the house feel like home. I would definitely stay again if I were to come back to Seattle and there was a room available. Again, he was an excellent host

Great Stay in a fully stocked peaceful home!

J has a beautiful home in a very safe, peaceful neighborhood! He fully stocks the kitchen and decorated the whole place, so it truly feels like a home away from home. Plenty of street parking, so no stress there! I cannot recommend his place enough! Great stay!

Above and Beyond

This house is very comfortable and welcoming. A true home away from home. Only made possible because of J hospitality. This FF is in a very quiet and safe single family home neighborhood. It has all of the amenities one needs to live comfortably for their stay. I was able to cook easily and meal prep with ease. J provides every appliance and gadget needed in the kitchen, when the kitchen was missing one item, it arrived on the counter two days later :). J is very easy to communicate with. There were never any issues when it came to living in his home. He gave notice of any work being done in advance and would be there to meet whomever was coming to work on the house. There is plenty of space for all of the roommates to move about their business without bumping into each other. More storage in each room than you would think. 10/10 recommend staying at this property. I will be back when I come back to Seattle.

Magnolia dream

I absolutely loved staying here! Magnolia is a beautiful area and is the safest, cleanest, nicest part of Seattle! J is awesome and very responsive to any questions you might have. My room was super clean & comfortable. The house has everything youll need to settle right in (plus more!) I was genuinely sad to leave.

Gorgeous home in a safe area!

J'S home was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were well decorated as were the shared spaces. He stocked his house with everything imaginable. Such a great space! He was quick to respond to any issues/questions and street parking was never an issue either. My favorite stay as a travel nurse!
