Amazing place to stay

Fantastic host and apartment. Lovely little neighborhood close to many different restaurants/shops/ medical sites. Provides everything you could need and always super helpful!

No Regrets, Amazing Basement Studio

The basement studio was very comfortable, and it had everything I needed and more. After a couple of weeks, I realized that this studio was home for me while I was away from home. Furniture, kitchen, living area, bed, and bathroom are amazing. It's also a nice neighborhood, has nice neighbors, close to so many different types of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. I also felt that it was centrally located to many of the things I enjoyed doing. Lastly, the best part about this place was that Tammy is an amazing landlord. She communicates with you, is considerate, and is just an overall cool person to talk to. To whoever is looking for a place to stay, you can't go wrong with this property. I was able to live here and this studio helped make Colorado a great experience.

Quiet and cozy studio

T was an excellent host and always accommodating to me as a guest. The property is quiet and perfect for resting after work. Amenities worked well and were always easy to keep clean. Parking is very accessible and the private entrance was a huge plus. I would recommend any solo travelers or someone needing to transition to stay here!

Cozy Basement Studio

Firstly, I feel it is necessary to say that T is a very kind and helpful host. She answered every question I had before it even came to mind. Secondly, the space itself is really light and cozy. I was busy with work the month I lived here and the studio was a perfect retreat in the evenings and on weekends. It was also a great location for commute to DTC or getting anywhere downtown.
