Great place for Cats

I really enjoyed staying in this guest house. It was really nice to have somebody that would take the cats for a short-term lease as I waited for my house to be settled on. It’s a cute little living room/kitchen on the bottom and then a loft bedroom on the top. She’s great at setting the house up and gives you little gifts when you come in as as well as as you pay a cleaning fee when you get in there so you don’t have to clean as much as you would, if you had a regular rental. I did give the suggestion of adding a railing to the stairs, which the Landlord seem to take into account.

During my stay at Hakimas home, everything felt warm and cozy. She was incredibly kind and helpful with everything I needed to settle into the new area. Without her help, I cant imagine having to do everything by myself. The house and room were always clean, nice, and well organized. The backyard and other outdoor areas were also beautiful and pleasant. The neighborhood is great for morning exercise and is in an excellent location for grocery shopping. The house had everything I needed, and it never made me feel like I was away from home. Thank you to Hakima for her kindness during my stay in her house.

This adorable sensational location was a dream come true! The private entrance was extremely convenient for easy access to a clean, soft decor making your stay comfortable and safe! Home away from home

It's the best place I've stayed so far. Hakima is the nicest and easiest to talk to. She is very accommodating. They will treat you like family. The room is very spacious, clean with big bed and big TV. The bathroom is like walking in a luxury spa. The closet is big too. I highly recommended this place.

Beautiful Home

Everything about my stay was flawless. The host was very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. All questions were addresses promptly before and during my rental period. The outdoor deck is a good size for private mediation or socializing with your roommates. The kitchen has everything and more to cook your meals. Better commute to work, and plenty of parking in the driveway. The thoughtful touches and amenities provided by the host truly made me feel welcome. From the wine room, abundance of towels and toiletries available. It felt like every detail had been carefully considered. It's definitely these small gestures that go above and beyond that truly set this property apart from others. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home to fit anyone's needs

Beautiful, clean, cozy home in a safe, central location. Bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay. The hostess gets to know you and accommodates you based on your schedule and needs. Will absolutely stay at any of her properties again if I have the opportunity.

Perfect housing close to hospitals

This is an absolutely charming place to stay! I stayed for 3 months and had everything I could need for sleep, bathing, and cooking. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The host is very personable and friendly. She also gives you your space and privacy. The area is very safe and I ran around the neighborhood by myself many days. The neighbors are just as friendly. So many towns that are nearby too. I had places to shop and restaurants close by. The hospital where I worked was only 7 miles away. Very convenient but not overpriced like those closer to Virginia Beach. I will definitely be staying here again if it's available when I return. In-house washer and dryer located in a wine room! Perfect! The host went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Very clean and cozy!

I stayed here over the summer while i was working at CHKD! Very clean and tidy place- the upstairs room was so cozy and private which i really enjoyed. I was usually the only one who was mostly in the kitchen which was nice! parking spot in drive way-no pet smells or any pets very accommodating owner :) and would recommend! Thanks Hakima!
