Great Stay, Safe and Comfortable
Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The landlord was friendly and responsive. The location was convenient, and I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this room to other traveling professionals.

nice bed
Great place to stay while commuting to work very private, peaceful and friendly. Complete access to the kitchen and fridge space with freezer. TV was able to watch all the football games with my YouTube tv subscription. King size bed, nice bathroom, shower and a worktable and chair to use my computer and had good Wi-Fi all in all a great place to stay during my work away from home.

Room is like described, nice neighborhood, friendly people, they took me to a couple parties and to a quinceera, nice pug that lives inside, never barked

Room Review
Owner was rarely home. You might be living with his relatives who are all welcoming and respectful. Occasionally, owner or family will have guests over at night, but not loud, just noticeable. Neighborhood is clean in suburbs. Common area: 3/5. Dishes not always washed. Trash not always taken out. Many houseflies in kitchen area. Lots of dog hair on floor in kitchen area, common area. Rented Room: 5/5. Very clean, no bugs. Air conditioning is set to a good temperature. Desk is a little small but manageable. Lighting is weaker at night. Wifi is strong. Blackouts can happen and duration can range from 1-12 hours. Price is excellent for the quality of the room. Would recommend over other areas.

Wonderful place to stay
I truly enjoyed my stay here. As a travel nurse this home had easy access to OU hospital. L was very accommodating and welcoming. I definitely recommend his available room for any nurses or other professionals looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place to stay.
