Wow!!! What an amazing place to stay for a short month while my husband and I were in the home buying process. The apartment was spotless and Bruce was there to help with anything we may need. His kindness and friendliness made us feel safe and welcomed. The location is convenient and I enjoyed long walks in the beautiful neighborhood daily. Bruce was so flexible and fast to respond with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay there again if we needed to!

Awesome place/Awesome Owner

I was extremely lucky to stumble across this property. I could not have asked for a more comfortable and safe place to stay! The owner went out of his way to make my stay feel like home. The unit itself has extremely high ceilings, hardwood floors, automatic ice maker and disposal, garage parking behind an automatic gate, and is in an exclusive part of town. The balcony is a nice place to unwind after a long day, or you can relax in front of the massive TV and watch cable-provided channels. I cant say enough good things about the owner - I will definitely rent from B again! And if you like dogs, you may get to spend a little time with an adorable goldendoodle named L.

very satisfied with my stay

I stayed here for six months while on contract at Prisma Health Richlands. it's a very simple, safe, clean studio apartment that had everything I needed. In addition, having a covered parking space in the garage was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again if I take another contract in the area.

You will not be disappointed staying here! Attentive LL, safe neighborhood, secured property, and the apartment has everything you need aside from full kitchen. I enjoyed my stay, B was respectful and quick to respond with any concerns or needs. I would 100% stay here again in the future. Apartment is convenient (2 miles or less) to Prisma Baptist/Midlands, MUSC Columbia campus and all grocery stores.
