I would not stay again and would not recommend it

I would not recommend. Parking was hard, after 5:30 pm weekdays and 3:30 pm Sundays I often spent 2030 mins searching and often had to park in another neighborhood. The host mentioned it, but it felt downplayed. The listing said non-smoking, but I noticed cigar odor from the hosts boyfriend outside that carried into the apartment and lingered. When I raised this, the host explained that it was still a smoke-free environment since smoking wasnt happening indoors. Laundry was convenient but limited by hours and a washer with what looked like mildew. At times I perceived the hosts comments as uncouth, which to me made the stay feel uncomfortable. The bathroom setup was inconvenient: one floor had only a toilet, the other only a shower. I had expected a private bath, but the ground-floor toilet was sometimes used by others and frequently by the host. I was also asked to clean both bathrooms. The apartment did not feel very clean on arrival, and I sometimes noticed unpleasant odors.

Lisa is a great host.

Cozy upstairs room. Use of her washer/dryer was a plus! Home is as described and would stay again if I'm on contract in the area.

Great Location

Excellent location and host. Great place for short term stays. Very clean and right across the street from communal park,pool and tennis courts. Very close to shopping and the beach is less then 3 miles

Cozy room

L was a wonderful host who made my two month stay very comfortable. The room was small but good for a short stay. The location was very centrally located with tons of restaurants and shopping options. I would stay here again if I had another contract in this area.
