Exellent Neighborhood Great Apartment
I stayed here for 8 months while I was while doing an internship, The Apartment had everything that I needed with very quick acess to Portland as well as being in a nice neighborhood in Vancouver. Sam was an excellent landlord, she is always super responcive and even let me come back and stay for a few weeks during the winter.

Great location and view
I stayed here for a year while working at the nearby hospital (which is only 5 minutes away!). Staying here was one of my favorite things about working in Vancouver. Sam was very accommodating during my stay, even when I got switched over to working night shift. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with some great views of the Colombia River nearby. I've been traveling in healthcare for 3 years now and this was my favorite place I've stayed at.
