Absolutely loved my stay here!

Mark is an incredible host…so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place is very safe, quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, right in the heart of one of SF’s best neighborhoods. It’s just steps from Balboa Avenue, with easy access to multiple bus lines, restaurants, bars, and cool shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect spot

I loved staying in this rental. I was commuting to two different hospitals and ended up moving to the area permanently after experiencing a cozy, safe, and convenient stay with Mark. It was the perfect home base, close to everything on a quiet street where neighbors were friendly and parking was available. I worked weird hours night and day shifts, and coming in and out was super easy. Mark had everything you could need to be comfortable in a rental. I loved sitting in the backyard in the mornings and being within minutes of ocean beach. Mark was a great host, super responsive, and helpful whenever I needed something. If I had to do it all over again, I would totally stay at Marks.

Coming from across the country I was nervous looking for somewhere safe and convenient.. I really lucked out with this place! Mark is an EXCELLENT host. Whenever I had an issue (rarely ever) he was responsive and kind, always resolving the issue ASAP. The space is snug but I had everything I needed. I was even able to have several people visit and stay with me since the couch pulls out into a full size bed. The place was clean and cozy with a large closet, queen bed, pull out couch, roomy shower, cute dining table that can be put up for more room, access to a full-size washer/dryer, and storage outside the unit for my luggage. The location is also ideal. It is in a safe and cozy part of town within 1 mile of the beach, tons of dining and coffee spots, several grocery stores, and Golden Gate Park (with lots of amazing views and fun activities). This place is also right near several Muni stops making it easy to get anywhere else I wanted to go such as Golden Gate Bridge and the Warf.

Ideal for tavelers

I rented Marks 1BR/1BA unit and I can tell you it is an ideal home for travel nurses or professionals on temporary assignments. The location is convenient close to work, stores, and Golden Gate Park Ocean Beach is just a bus ride, while still offering a peaceful place to relax after a long shift. Its the perfect setup for anyone who commutes for work but still wants to be close to everything. Mark is an outstanding landlord. Hes responsive, thoughtful, and ensures the unit is well-equipped with all the essentials. He also respects your privacy, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again.

great stay

this is a hidden gem of sf seriously! mark is a great owner, very accommodating and responsive. the property has everything you need - and the bed is super comfortable. very delicious food just a walk away from the house. stay here and you wont regret it.
