I enjoyed this small, but cozy ADU. It has everything you need, and the bed and couch were very comfortable

The absolute best

I absolutely LOVED this place. I had a contract with Dignity Health, with my main hospital being Mercy San Juan, which was about 10 minutes away. When I was floated to the other hospitals nearby (Mercy General, Mercy Folsom, Woodland, Methodist) which were all 25-35 minutes away. Also, very close to Roseville shopping center ( a gorgeous mall) and there was Safeway, Walmart, and Costco nearby for my grocery needs. It is furnished and decorated beautifully, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was equipped with everything that I needed, there's a big smart TV in the living room, a comfortable couch, and an EXTREMELY comfortable bed that was perfect after my shifts. The landlord, D, is incredibly sweet and you can really see how much love and effort she puts into every detail of the place. It was hard to leave!

Amazing stay

Great place to stay! The landlord is very understanding and on top of any concerns I had. The place itself was clean, cozy and just the thing for a busy healthcare professional on the move. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if needed.

European cottage

This unit lives up to the pictures. It is a comfortable space to relax after a long day of work. Interstate 80 is easily accessible with gas,food,and shopping nearby. D is a very attentive host who followed up with any concerns quickly.

Perfect Home

D is a wonderful host. Communication was great and any questions or concerns I've had was handled quickly. The place is located near the freeway and less than 10 min from Kaiser Roseville. Neighborhood is quiet, restaurants and grocery stores are close by. She does have dogs which aren't loud at all and very loving. The apartment itself is perfect for 1 person. Nice kitchen with all essential cookware/dishware provided. Nice size stove and fridge. Nice sized shower and bathroom. Living room is spacious with a large smart TV that has Netflix. I brought my own firestick for all of my other apps. Bedroom has a comfortable bed, 4 pillows and new sheets. She also provided a dresser and a closet for maximum storage. There are outlets everywhere, strong ceiling fans and an ac unit in the bedroom. Shutters on the windows block out the light and make the bedroom almost completely dark so if you work nights,.it's perfect. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place and landlord.
