B St Bungalow

This was such a great place to stay! I stayed in the B St. Bungalow for five months and I loved it. The location is fabulous: walking distance from downtown Arcata, restaurants, great local gym, community forest, Cal Poly, organic grocery stores and co-ops. Secure off street parking is a plus, in the owners beautifully landscaped fenced property. Huge, new washer and dryer right downstairs, really convenient. The cottage is very close to the owners home, but it is still very private. Quiteria and Ben are wonderful, warm and friendly, but will still give you your space and privacy. The inside is fresh and new, fancy yet cozy. No detail omitted. You will wish your own home was this aweaome!!

World Class Everything!

Our stay at the B Street Bungalow was by far the best experience weve had while being on the road. The landlords were wonderful and considerate people. Not a single thing we wouldve changed. The home was gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and FULLY furnished. Everything you could want in a short-term rental. In three months, we never ran into a situation where we thought, I wish they had. We brought two full SUVs and had plenty of room. Not a huge place but it never felt cluttered because of their layout/storage. Beautiful dcor with tons of windows and natural light. Great place for remote work. The wrap around porch was great for grilling, yoga, & reading. Smaller things I appreciated were labeled light switches, a detailed Welcome binder, and dog waste station with bags/hand sanitizer. The location is perfect for exploring local beaches, forests, and the State/National Parks. Hit up the binder or neighbors if you need recommendations. B and Q, thanks again for a world class stay!
