Fantastic apartment, fantastic landlord.

This was a wonderful place to stay while I was in Albuquerque in the summer. Everything is as described, and it is such a cute, lovely unit! Exactly what I needed and more. Brenda was very responsive and available. The neighborhood feels quite safe, and there are groceries, gas, stores, etc nearby. Mostly by car but you can walk to places relatively easily! A wonderful experience, I would highly recommend to others!

Perfect for Travel RN @ UNM

I stayed here 3 months on assignment at UNM as a travel nurse. It was close and the unit had everything I needed. The owner was responsive and I felt safe here. I did not have packages stolen, as the owner would place sometimes packages between the doors and lock them when noticed. Would recommend and would stay again if on assignment

The unit is a great place to stay. You got everything you needed and location is perfect. It is close everything and to the hospitals if you are travel nurse. Brenda is a great landlord, accommodating and responsive to all unit needs. Highly recommend this place if you are in town.

I absolutely recommend this place! I stayed here while I was a travel nurse at UNM, the commute to work was fast and simple. Apartment is super cute, clean and has more than what you would ever need. Brenda was such a great landlord and super responsive with everything I needed. Cant recommend this place enough! Perfect fit for any travel nurse.

Wonderful Oasis

B is a wonderful landlord and responds quickly to any communication. The place was cute and has a wonderful backyard oasis. Very close to UNM hospital and shopping. Humble Coffee is only a few steps away and is AMAZING!! Quiet safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Houses by Bren, unforgettable experience

Travel RN, great location to hospitals, Univ of New Mexico Hospital, Presbyterian main and another hospital 10-15 minutes, close to everything, north, midtown and south ABQ. Location in Prestigious Nob Hill, safe area, restaurants, businesses close by. within easy reach to University of New Mexico. Property owner awesome, great service, easy to reach, dedicated to providing the best service. Nice furnishings reflective of New Mexico. I will stay here again if given a chance to be in the area. Albuquerque is a nice city to explore including rest of the state, so much natural resources. The city is also rich in arts and culture, performing center and the theaters are not too far away. If you are religious, there are so many Catholic Churches within 2-8 miles around the neighborhood, also Protestant churches nearby. If you are a history enthusiast, Old town and other historic mission houses are close by. I had a beautiful experience with this city and its people and love where I stayed

Location is perfect for travelers and B does everything to make it comfortable and is quick with communication, easy to work with! Safe area, loved the bike! she was lovely and let me use it during my stay!

Great one bedroom in good location

B was great to work with. She made everything easy. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for what I needed. I will definitely be looking to rent from B again when I come back to work in Albuquerque. I highly recommend this property!

Highly recommend using homesbybren! B is very sweet and was helpful on places to see and where to stay away from. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The home was very clean and well decorated. Very home feeling. Would stay at any of her homes again!

Lovely Apartment

I simply loved this property! The Nob Hill area has all the shopping and eateries you could ask for and is so quiet. It's centrally located and a quick drive to anywhere you're headed. The backyard is secluded and comfortable. I had everything I needed. B is wonderful and helpful, but leaves you alone if you need nothing. What more could you ask for!

I absolutely adore this unit and its location. B the owner took special care to be accommodating and extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The unit comes with a traveler nurses interests at heart. Lots of natural light, stocked with amenities and I found it nice to sit on the patio and read. 10/10 loved my stay and would recommend it to other travelers.
