Perfect Move-In Ready Studio!

I recently rented this studio and had a wonderful experience. Here are the highlights: The Space: Modern, bright, and fully loaded. It is on the smaller side, making it absolutely perfect and highly functional for one person. Amenities: They provide bathroom towels, extra blankets, and cleaning items, so it's truly turn-key. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The Landlord: Amazing and gives you total privacy. The Perks: Access to a huge backyard, deck, and BBQ, plus an on-site washer/dryer shared with great neighbors upstairs. The Location: Quiet, safe, and blocks away from awesome shops and cafes. Super convenient commute. Parking Note: Free street parking! It can get a little hectic to track down a spot late in the evening, but it's very manageable for SF. An excellent place for a solo resident. Highly recommend!

Great Find ... In so many ways

Can't say enough good things about this furnished Finder. The owners were quick to respond to any of my needs. It has a great little kitchen area with everything you would need. Big cozy bed. Super close to transportation. I loved that there is a heater you can turn on in the bathroom. On those chilly mornings it's great to step out of the shower with warm air from above ! Close to great places to eat. You can jump on a bus at the corner and be at the beach in minutes. Enjoy the sunsets while you stay there. Best in the city. You'll enjoy your stay.

Great stay

I stayed here for three months, from June to August. Accurate description, with everything I needed. It was always pretty easy to find street parking. Perfect little studio for my needs.
