Pleasant Stay!

I stay here for my summer intern. It was great as the property was pet-friendly. The management was nice and very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Overall, the room will be the best for a single or couple stay. I do like the backyard also -- I do have some great time eating outside in the backyard :D

Great furnished studio

I rented this place for six months for my parents in law who are visiting. T and C are super easy to communicate with. We had a little mixed up and my in laws arrived a day ahead. T and C were super cooperating and got the studio ready one day ahead and solved a big problem for us. The studio is super clean, equipped with all the appliances that my in laws needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. My in laws had a great time. Will definitely rent again.

Great Location

I am travel nurse and this property was exactly what I was looking for. The landlord and property managers was amazing and the property is wonderful. It is quiet and I would most definitely stay here again.

Just okay

Its a place to sleep. Nothing too exciting though. As a female my showers went cold before I could rinse out the shampoo. The sauna shown in photos is not functional so dont expect to use it. Wifi is spotty and undependable in the afternoon. Earwigs frequented the living areas. Also, Heads up there is a homeless camp a block away so you will get the occasional tweaker on the driveway area.

Clean, close to everything

T and his property manager were excellent! Effective communication and professionalism were demonstrated throughout my stay. Any question I had was answered within minutes. Deposit was returned quickly upon move out. House is close to everything! Other tenants on property were quiet as well. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great 1 bedroom

This 1 bedroom property is in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. The space is small but comfortable and met all our needs. The kitchen is updated and includes all things you could need for cooking. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer in unit. The bedroom is cozy and the bathroom is also recently renovated with a large shower. The AC unit in the bedroom was able to keep us cool on hot days and flows well throughout the home. Having a large private backyard was also great with fresh fruit trees. Another perk of this property is the shared parking area behind the house with a sliding gate. We have appreciated our time staying at this property and the open communication with the property manager. I highly recommend this stay!

Highly Recommend!!

This property is in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to the park and easy access to HWY. The 2 beds 1 bath house is newly renovated with everything provided for a comfortable stay. T* is a great host by being responsive and accommodating that we feel being well taken care of. We really enjoy my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying at this location! A short hop on the 880 to get to Good Sam. The beautifully renovated unit made my stay in San Jose feel like home! Very attentive landlord and nice, quiet, and respectful neighbors. Highly recommended!
