Excellent unit in convenient location

This is a large 1 bed + Den + 2 full baths unit, with a secure indoor parking space that can fit two cars (top and bottom with hydraulic lifts) in lovely Cortez Hill. The condo is well maintained, with friendly staff (especially the front desk). Quiet and friendly neighbors all around. Little to no noise, maybe a little from the pool but barely noticeable. The unit is super clean and everything worked as advertised. The landlord (Chris) is accommodating. There's a cute welcome package that practically explains everything, from wifi code to parking passes. This is a 5 star hotel or AirBnB unit on steroids. This unit worked out well for me and my family while we were waiting for our house to be built. There is a dog park nearby if you're a dog mom/dad. We took our Westie there a few times a week. The freeway access is less than 2min. Gas lamp is a healthy 15min walk. Little Italy is 10min walk. Overall, it checks all the boxes. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it!
