Summer Intern Housing (2 people)

Great for extended stays! My roommate and I were interns in the area, and this place was great because of the in-unit laundry, easy parking, and closeness to food and the highway. Elena was very attentive to any issues, and we would recommend it to other interns. As a note, if you intend to work from home, you will need to use the dining table or a desk in one of the two rooms. The WiFi reaches all areas of the house without issues. Lastly, the wooden floors make a squeaking noise when you walk on them. This was not a problem for us. If you are looking for a cozy and clean rental, this is definitely the place!

Great Apartment!

This apartment is awesome! The attention to detail in making you feel at home is spot on! The kitchen amenities are overflowing! It's a quiet neighborhood where you can relax and rest after a shift. It's close to downtown Cincinnati (15 minute drive) but yet offers some great restaurants and bars in College Hill (walkable) and Northside. E, the owner, is very responsive and caring. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this lovely home! I arrived to this home after driving across country and everything was as described - It was clean & , well stocked with everything you could possibly need (appliances, linens, starter toiletries, etc.). E is an excellent host, very accommodating and goes of out her way to ensure you have a safe and positive experience. Not too far from anything (15 minutes to downtown Cincy), but far enough that you're out of the hustle and bustle of the city and have more of a neighborhood feel.

Clean, Quiet, Spacious Apartment

This property is great for those looking for a quiet, spacious place to relax after work. The neighborhood is walkable and has a Kroger's and restaurant within a ten minute drive. E, the landlord provides cleaning services for the apartment. It has a full kitchen and washer and dryer available in the building.
