Don't pass this up!

I don't think I have ever had a better experience renting than I've had right here. Turtle is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She accommodates, is very understanding of the traveling workers schedule and literally just an all around outstanding person. My partner and I are so sad to have to leave here! The house is wonderful, super close to downtown yet just far enough away to cut down from some of the hustle and bustle. If there's something you need, Turtle is on it! This place is a 10/10, 5 stars!!! She is a pillar and everything you could want in a landlord. The fact that the house is beautiful and clean as well is just a plus! Awesome location and place with amazing house owner!

This is the perfect house for travel work assignment at St Marys Regional Medical Center. It is less than 5 mins walk one way. I and my partner did 1 year of work and it never disappoint whatever season of the year it is. The house is fully furnished and the owner is very kind and responsive to our occasional needs. Turtle is simply one of the best, if not the best to deal with. We will definitely stay again here if we happen to go back after a year! Thank you, Turtle!

I was so lucky to find this gem..Perfect location, affordable, and just what any professional is looking for..The woman who owns it goes out of her way to keep you happy and does whatever she can to make sure you are comfortable..This would be my top choice if I was going to travel to this area again..All the comforts of home and so much more
