Awesome Apartment

While doing some work in Shreveport, my husband and I leased this lovely apartment for almost two years. We could not have found a more perfect home away from home. G and L were absolutely awesome to work with, and to get to know. We enjoyed (and felt very safe) our walks around the historic neighborhood. The entrance to the apartment was accessed through a locked security gate and we had a beautiful view of the backyard pool and landscaping. The apartment has modern updates and appliances, and was very near to several eateries that became favorites. It quickly felt like home and we were sad to let it go when our work there came to an end.

Modern, quiet and cozy

I rented this beautiful apartment while working a contract at a local hospital. This apartment was a perfect fit for me. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is ideal for anything you would want/need. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property owners made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Having the use of the pool during the summer months as well as a sauna is an awesome added bonus. I am a dog lover, so I especially enjoyed having a couple of opportunities to love on their fur babies as well. If you are looking to rent in the Shreveport area you shouldnt miss the opportunity to rent this property, you wont be disappointed!

Cozy, Quiet, and Convenient!

I rented from G and L for 6 months in 2022 while on temporary assignment at Barksdale AFB and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The apartment is well furnished and had essentially everything I needed for my time in Shreveport. The pool was great to have access to throughout the summer as well. Their home is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood with easy access to a lot of amenities, the highway, and Barksdale AFB. Their dogs are also adorable and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here!
