I had an incredible stay at the villa. As someone transitioning into a career in digital forensics, I really needed a space that was quiet, secure, and had reliable Wi-Fi for my studies and work—this villa delivered on all fronts. Katya is a fantastic host: communicative, helpful, and clearly cares about her guests' experience. The villa itself is charming, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Best Kept Secret in Sarasota

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa home in a quiet community setting. The host, Katya, lived nearby, and was very kind and helpful. The neighbors were very friendly too. The villa was close to everything, grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants and the beach. Parking was never an issue, as the villa had 2 designated parking spaces. There is a community pool too. I loved that I found a place that allowed my little dog. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer!
