We had a fantastic experience staying at this furnished rental in Santa Barbara! It is an ideal spot for traveling medical professionals, remote workers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in the area. The location is incredibly convenient. Being just 5 minutes WALK from Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital making it completely hassle-free. Additionally, it takes less than 10 minutes to drive into downtown Santa Barbara, giving you quick access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Quick and easy access to the US-101 freeway makes getting around the central coast seamless. The landlord is wonderfulextremely nice, respectful, and responsive throughout the stay while respecting your privacy. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone searching for a safe, quiet, and well-located place in Santa Barbara. I would definitely stay here again!

Best for travelers working at Cottage

Beautiful house with a clean, comfortable, and functional one-bedroom suite, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood felt very safe, and I was able to walk to and from Cottage Hospital, which was extremely convenient for my work. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Homey Apartment

I enjoyed my stay in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment, equipped with a kitchen for cooking simple meals. The unit has access to a private balcony and has coin-operated laundry on site. Easy walk to multiple grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Grocery Outlet, Ralphs) and various restaurants. Quang made booking easy and was attentive to any questions I had throughout my stay.

Perfect for Cottage

Travel ED RN here. This adorable apartment is perfect for any traveling medical professional working at Cottage Health. This 4-plex is just steps away from the main medical campus in SB, a quick walk away from State Street/downtown, 3 minute drive to the beach. Close enough to park your car on campus, and almost always street parking right in front of the apartment. Beautiful interior and exterior. Excellent hosts, Q and C are extremely kind, helpful, and always respond immediately.

Quang was a great landlord! Super helpful whenever I had questions or needed help resolving an issue. The apartment is in a great location, only 6 min walk from Cottage Hospital and 5 min drive from downtown. Walking distance to Trader Joes and Grocery Outlet.

A must stay apartment

The apartment is clean and well kept. The manager ( Q) was very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. The apartment is walking distance to the downtown and close to the hospital. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Apartment is spacious and does have a very nice balcony. Overall, had a positive experience and enjoyed my stay at this apartment,

The property was great. Apartment was cute and quaint which was perfect for me. The best part was the less than 5 min walk to work! Pair that with friendly and attentive landlords which made my stay comfortable. They always keep me updated with things being done, so considerate and kind. I did not have any issues and problems during my stay. The location was right in the middle from downtown and uptown. If you really wanted you could walk to both! It was a pleasure to stay at this humble abode!

Amazing apartment walking sistance to SB Cottage Hospital

I loved my stay here. I cant say enough about how wonderful this apartment is and how wonderful the owners are. Q was always available by phone when I needed anything or just had questions. The apartment exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even have a lemon tree in the back which they graciously shared with me! Love the little balcony and spent many evenings sitting and admiring the sunset. I was so happy to be able to walk to work at SB Cottage Hospital. I was even able to walk to multiple places downtown ( a little bit of a walk but doable) and there are many restaurants nearby that are in walking distance. Close to beaches and hiking trails. I cant wait to come back. I highly recommend this apartment and hope that it will be available when I come back Thank you Q! You are the best !

It doesnt get much better than this!

I have been traveling for 14 assignments and I can say that this housing has been one of the best. There is nothing better than to be able to walk to work. It is only a five minute walk to either the main hospital or rehab hospital. The property owners/managers were super accommodating and friendly. I had very minor issues which were handled immediately. The unit has a great vibe. Very clean and had everything I needed. The views from the apartment were amazing. Street parking is very plentiful and I always felt safe around the neighborhood even at night. If you have an electric vehicle and work at Cottage there are 4 chargers in the employee parking garage that are very inexpensive and convenient to access from the apartment building. There is also a highly rated restaurant right across the street as well as a lot of excellent food options within short walking distance of the apartment. If I do another assignment in Santa Barbara I hope this unit is available.

Highly recommandable

I lived in this apartment for 8 months, enjoyed the time a lot, and can highly recommend this place. The landlord was always available to solve any kind of issues and supported as much as he could. I never had any problems during my stay, and even minor things (e.g. broken light bulb) were fixed immediately. The distance to the hospital is a 2min walk, the neighbor hood is nice and quite, and if you really have snack emergency, there is a gas station 10sec away. Washing machine and dryer are in house, as well. There are always free parking lots and its hard to find things to complain about. The apartment is definitely worth the monthly price, since the landlord really is taking care and it's just a beautiful apartment in a really nice area. I would book this apartment again.
