The stay has been a NIGHTMARE since the beginning

-Offered to accept PayPal by SENDING me a request, once the rent was paid she demanded I pay the fee she was charged -Very Rude and disrespectful every time I had an issue or concern such as *Not having the unit cleaned per the lease agreement *Cleaners touching my personal items *Entering the unit without my knowledge or consent *When I am informed about her doing one thing they end up in other areas of the home invading my space *Leaving the door that connects to the main home unlocked and unsecured *Opening my packages on SEVERAL occasions (If it were once I could understand a mistake) *Her grandson was urinating in my bathroom then touched the faucet with his contaminated hands and used my hand soap. He then washed his hands 3 times splashing soap all over and my toothbrush was right there on the sink This was a summary but multiple unpleasant situations dealing with this lady. Each situation my concern was dismissed, never any apologies.I have pictures/text from EVERY situation

Property away from major cities but still close enough to enjoy them. Grocery stores, gas and shopping very close to property. Homeowner very gracious, attentive and inclusive with local functions and holiday activities. A cleaner comes into rental every two weeks. Note: although peaceful for the vast majority of the time, property is located near railroad tracks and the train runs several times a day, including once in middle of night so if you are a light sleeper, like myself, invest in ear plugs and you should be fine.

Great stay, quiet, private, clean and safe. Beautiful area thats close to D.C.
