Reached out to Jenna about this listing what she claims was not available, but she had one similar in the area. My friend and I only accepted the second house because we had nowhere else to go. When we asked if she will clean the house prior to us moving in, she said no one has been there for months so it's not dirty my friend and I cleaned the house ourselves pots and pans were disgusting. My bed was covered in dirt and I don't even know what's I wish I had taken pictures to show how disgusting it was communication is also horrible. I have messaged her twice about returning my deposit and she has not responded. She also tried to take money from us for our last months rent instead of giving us the prorated rate. Jenna cannot be trusted. I did not recommend her as a landlord.
