Excellent Cozy Property

This property was a wonderful place to stay. Very well furnished, excellent condition, well maintained. With very cozy and inviting details, I was very relaxed and felt right at home. The location is very very desirable with easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, as well other things to do. The ease and convenience of the rental process, as well as the price for what you get is great. P, the owner is amazing to work with, as I have worked with him for several years and never had any issues.

Best Stay Ever

I enjoyed my stay at this condo and I am really going to miss it. The space itself was very peaceful and cozy. As for the location, it was in a safe area and everything I needed was just minutes away. P was a wonderful host and you can tell he puts a lot of thought and care into his property. Traveling for work is always stressful in itself, but staying here was truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you P for your hospitality!

Comfortable high end property

P was a great host. I had a wonderful zero frills stay, not having to worry about anything unlike in a hotel. Lots of parking available, in a gated community. Great amenities, more pools than I can use. The place was more clean and luxurious than any others I've been in.

Relaxing home away from home

Living here for several months was a home away from home. The community was very clean, landscape beautifully maintained, quiet which is a must for me, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Living right off the elevator was amazing, it wasnt noisy at all and so convenient. All the pools were heated and walking around the grounds or sitting on my deck for hours, felt like a vacation. P was an amazing host who checked in to ensure we had everything we needed for daily living but also to see if we had any needs like a local restaurant recommendation or weekend activity. This condo is in an ideal location with restaurants, shopping, parks and even Costco and Target right around the corner! My time at 405 was rewarding, relaxing and the perfect commute. Without a doubt, I recommend renting from P and any of his rentals, you wont be disappointed. If given the opportunity, I would stay again. Truly a home away from home
