Best Landlord Ever!

This property is everything in the listing and more! I've loved staying here. It's quite small but all the finishes are high-end and tasteful. The bedroom is good-sized and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large and the shower is really nice with great water-pressure. The property has nice privacy and the local deer come to visit frequently! You're super close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The landlord is a real gentleman! He's helpful and efficient. He goes out of his way to make sure all your needs are accommodated! If I come back, I'll be looking to do business with Jesus again!

Look no further! The moment arriving I felt very welcomed by the landlord. Walking into the rental it was very clean and cozy. I truly enjoyed the private parking area, seeing the wildlife out the front door and how convenient the location was to everything. Landlord was very responsive to any issues or concerns and deposit was returned quickly. This place was wonderful! Thanks Jesus

Quiet & clean, responsive owner

Owner was very responsive whenever something came up. Quiet neighborhood, often saw deer lounging in the yard when I came out in the morning. Close to university hospital & bus routes. All around, a positive experience.
