Safe, welcoming living space when I needed one

I stayed with Diane for several months, and I would not hesitate to stay with her again. She made really went out of her way to make me feel like her home was also my home, not just a place I was renting a room in. She is not just a great host, but a warm, genuine person I'm happy to know now.

loud & dirty...

I was disrespected by the landlord. While relaxing one evening, my door was opened and slammed shut because the door was slightly open as the wall heater ran. This is a basement space. There was constant noise occuring at all hours of the night making it very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Dust was thick on the wooden shutters, bathroom shower pressure was low, and there were often bugs crawling across the floor and in the clean linens. After leaving this space, I was charged an illegal $25/day storage fee for a laptop & 2 pairs of boxers. One would be wise to avoid this place.

Property review

Diane was a wonderful host along with her dog theo always said good morning when i arrived and would tell me have a good day at work when i left they both did. She was always respectful of my space and of my time to sleep over the weekends she would always ask if she made to much noise and if she did to let her know. Diane and theo were good house mates for the 13 weeks i stayed there when i go back to portland i will most definitely look her up again and see if she has a room there to rent again lovely place.

A great comfortable place to stay I loved it and hope to stay again later On I will miss everything about it So I recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home

The landlord is very nice and pleasant to talk to. House very clean, and beautiful property. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend staying there especially if you love peace and quiet. Good people and good vibes.

It was a close commute to providence medical center. It was pleasant to stay at her place, she was polite and very attentive. Highly recommend this place.
