Private Room in Comfy and Spacious Townhome

The property exceeded my expectations. Just 8 min from my work in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Private bath, comfortable bed, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, tv and fast internet what more would anyone need? Elsie was very welcoming and always made sure I had everything I needed. She offered suggestions on local things to do and see. I will most definitely stay here again if my travels bring me this way

Very clean cozy bedroom with everything you need. It's very convenient location close to the hospital I worked at and grocery stores nearby. I worked nights and landlord E was very understanding. It was quiet and relaxing. I do recommend it for any working professional and I would stay here again if I come back to work in the area.

I came here from Canada after accepting a new job at a hospital in Bryan in the allied healthcare field. I felt so welcomed and E even offered suggestions of places to visit and see in Bryan. I felt very welcomed in her home and she went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable during my stay. The room is very quiet and perfect for decompressing after a long day at work. The home is located very close to grocery shopping and other stores you may need but still in a nice quiet neighborhood. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly reccommend anyone to stay here whether for a travel assignment or transitioning for work. Thank you again E!

I came from New Jersey for a tavel assignment in the allied healthcare field. E, welcome me to Bryan, Texas, with a warm welcome. She made me feel like home. She gave me advice on where to go around Bryan, as well in Texas. Her home is a nice quiet place. Stores for groceries are just a few minutes away. I enjoyed my time here and would come and stay with her again if I travel around here again.

E was a lovely landlady and I enjoyed my stay here. This place is very clean and well furnished. I had very minor issues (internet connection, bathroom fan cover) but E was quick to help me resolve them. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Highly recommend!
