Linda’s rental was a wonderful place to stay—nice, spacious, and truly felt like home. Everything was very clean and well cared for, which made the stay extra comfortable. Linda was also incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

Great, cozy stay in Mead

I really enjoyed my stay at this short term rental. Linda is really responsive, kind, and accommodating to your requests. The apartment is a great size and had everything I needed. My pets were also welcome to stay here and the space was very cozy and comfortable for us.

Myself, my husband and our 2 small children stayed here for 6 months and loved every second of it! The rental itself was charming and perfect for all your traveling needs. Its in a prime location and very close to pretty much everything you could ever want! Very ideal for children as well as its a corner lot and the community playground is quite literally your backyard with a nice walking trail too. The best part about this stay were the hosts on site. They made these 6 months some of the best weve ever had and we will forever cherish the bond we created with all of them. They are quick to help out in any way you need and some of the kindest, purest souls you will ever find. Choose to stay here and you will never regret it. Great location and comfy

Great neighborhood, cozy basement apartment and L is awesome! Close to Longmont, and Berthoud. We loved our stay with L and would recommend staying with her.

Roomy basement apartment in safe and beautiful location

My fiance, myself and our small dog have loved our stay here. The property owner was beyond helpful and gracious to us. She was very accommodating and especially helpful with our dog. We always felt at home, and enjoyed the meals that the owner made for us and treating us like family. Additionally, the space is very separate from the house and we felt like it was more than enough room for our family. The neighborhood is in a great location. It is quiet, but close to Longmont and Loveland as well as the town of berthoud which we have spent a lot of time in. It is a very short walk to the nearest playground and tennis court, and there is a walking trail that goes around both. We cant thank the home owner enough for our extended stay! -Travel OT

Lovely small-town home with mountain views

I loved my stay! The apt is tranquil and very spacious with a couple of windows that allow natural lighting. I felt safe having a family upstairs but was never bothered by noise or footsteps. L***** was extremely flexible and accommodating with regards to parking, laundry, visitors, and extending my stay. She went the extra mile to make my time in CO comfortable--inviting me to church and meals, offering to stock my shelves with groceries prior to my arrival, and providing suggestions for hiking/running/skiing. One of my favorite parts of this home were the mountain views from around the corner that made my commute to work happy! 35 min to Boulder, 45 min to Denver, 50 min to RMNP. The small town really made it feel like home! -Travel PT

Lots of Space

Large basement apartment, lots of space with shared entrance. Home is charming and welcoming. Fenced back yard for pet to play. Property owner is great and willing to help with my furbaby on nights I worked if needed. Quiet neighborhood and 15-20 mins from Longmont.
