Papago Park: Ground Floor Fully-Renovated Condo in Gated (Safe) Complex

Great stay!

I stayed at this property for three months and couldn't have been happier with it. It's a gated complex in a safe and beautiful part of the city. I loved having access to two different pools, the gym, and trails at the park across the street. A renovated the apartment beautiful which made it quickly feel like home to me. A and J were easy to work with and prompt with communication whenever something was needed. I highly recommend staying here while in Phoenix.

Paradise

This condo was absolutely a dream. It was exactly what I wanted for my short 10 week stay in Phoenix. Close to the airport and central to all of the happenings. Short uber ride to anywhere! The amenities are very nice. I used the hot tub many nights and the pool is just steps from the door of your condo. what more could you ask for! oh the gym facilities were nice too :) I would definitely recommend A space and I will be back again!

Highly Recommend!

I lived at A's condo for 5 months while working downtown; her condo is amazing! Everything you need is there - king size bed, high thread count sheets, 2 HD TVs with DVDs and 140+ channels. The kitchen is fully stocked. The furniture is very high end, modern, with beautiful art on all the walls. There is a full walk in closet and dresser in the bedroom, extra linens, and extra storage in the living room as well. The complex is quiet and safe (gated) with gorgeous pools, and a gym with many cardo machines as well as weights (free and machines). It is centrally located to everything. And A is a great owner/landlord. She forwarded emails to alert me if there was going to be any maintenance on either of the pools, if water was going to be shut off anywhere, etc. When the AC unit was up for maintenance (biannual checkup to make sure it is in good running condition), it was scheduled and her son came over and took care of it so I didn't have to take time off work. Great experience!
