Safe neighborhood

Most important thing about this property is its in a safe, quiet, neighborhood. The house is well appointed, has all the modern conveniences we need (AC, dishwasher, etc). The living room has nice big sectional with a tv that has all your streaming services. I stayed here with my wife and toddler. We had enough room and felt comfortable. Bart was responsive, and frequently stays in the bottom unit. This unit does require going up approximately 15 stairs to get in and laundry is in the basement which requires going down 2 flights of stairs as well. Takes about 15min to get to SLUH hospital main campus l Overall would recommend.

Great location, cute decor

Cute apartment, has 2 bedrooms (one is queen, the other has a twin) and 1 bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, the only item I missed having was a dishwasher. Central A/C was great to have in the summer. B was responsive to any issues/questions I had during my stay. Location is good too, walking distance to a delicious ice cream shop (clementines) and some other good restaurants. It was only a 15 minute drive to Barnes Jewish for me too. Cozy, quaint unit - would recommend!

Safe, Quiet, Cute

Love this place! Quiet street, safe & cute neighborhood! Plenty of places to eat and perfect distance from hospitals. B the landlord was super helpful and responsive with any needs/concerns, but otherwise doesnt bug you!
