I had a wonderful experience staying here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a really cute area with a great atmosphere. The space had everything I needed and was a great place to call home during my stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Clean home, safe area!

My husband and I stayed here for a travel contract and loved it! The home was so nicely done, the landlord is very nice and attentive, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the St. Louis area!

Stylish, homey apartment in a safe neighborhood

Being a young woman traveling alone, finding good places in new cities can be tough but I seriously LOVED staying here- from the apartment itself to the neighborhood to the bars/coffee shop down the street, I felt extremely safe & happy here. You're pretty centrally located: everything's within ~15 mins & like I said, super safe. I'd walk my dog at all hours & never felt uncomfortable. The neighbors are also really friendly + I give the property extra points for the outdoor patio & coffee bar. Me & my dog loved hanging out on the patio while sippin a coffee 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Okay STL Housing

The listing showcases multiple separate units, I feel as though they should be separated . My time in the unit was okay. Apartment wasnt really cleaned. Needed a deep clean after the previous guest, lots of dust and hair still left over on the bedding and the couch and blankets. Bathroom wasnt fully scrubbed. Stairway from back door needs a good deep clean there are spiderwebs all over. Front balcony had missing pillows on one chair. The flooring in the front balcony is peeling very badly and looks as though it is rotting, a super unsafe hazard. No furniture in the back balcony. The provided toilet rolls had black stains on them and the provided towels didn't seem fully cleaned so I chose not to use them. The area is safe, I never felt uncomfortable. I think the unit I stayed in could use some renovation and some deep cleaning to be better, especially the bathtub.

Great Location for SLUH

Lived here while on assignment at SLUH. It was a great location, especially with the available parking. The area is very safe and quiet, with a available street parking if needed and a nearby grocery store. Accommodations are also lovely with two porches, large living spaces and good storage space. R was great to interact withvery quick with any question/concern. Definitely a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Stayed here while working at Barnes-Jewish. Centrally located, safe location. My place was nicely decorated & had everything I needed. The landlord is greatnice guy, easy to contact. I had no problems while I was here. My favorite aspect of this property was the balconies at the front & at the backgreat place to relax!

Excellent Property for Travel Nurses

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for a travel nurse! The owner is very professional and easy-going and has done a great job with the furniture and decorations. He has even gone as far as giving me recommendations for food and places to go in the area. It truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is beautiful and is equipped with everything that you need to cook a basic meal. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is fairly large for. The bathroom is beautifully done, and everything is very clean. My favorite part of the house is the enclosed front porch, which is the perfect spot for morning coffee and reading! Overall, I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!
