Great little apartment nice elderly couple next door

Very nice and clean apartment friendly elderly people next door stayed almost 2months if Im back in city anytime soon Ill see if this place is available again thank again for everything

DON'T DO IT!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!!

This was the absolute worst 3 months of my life. I have never stayed at a more stressful and uncomfortable place. The landlord lives next door in the attached apartment. She was constantly knocking on the door, comes in when she wants, enters your space when you're not home, even after expressing how not okay that is. She has opened my mail twice, she screens any visitors I have. There is someone over nearly every day working on the house or the yard. She vacuums early in the morning and late at night, yells on the phone all day, and her family drama could be a TV show. She also smokes in the house a lot of the time and you can smell it in the apt. She slams her doors and it will shake the whole place. Unsafe street parking that isn't even stable due to all the workers that come so you'll have to move and park elsewhere (with no notice for that, just banging on the door early in the morning to move). No peace of privacy here! Biggest waste of money and paying upfront was a mistake!!
